This is a good telescope for the money. High quality and easy to setup/break down
If you start to love this telescope, put it in a good slow motion tripod, buy some moon filters and i recomend a svbony 4mm 62 degree eyepiece. that put this telescope at 175X and i could see Jupiter very clearly on a gray color scale. There is no chromatic aberration seen by the eye.Updated. Saturn looks nice and clear with 6mm 68 degrees svbony eyepieces. This is around 116X magnification

We got this as a graduation gift for our son who’s about to go off to college for astronomy, and we’ve been having such a lovely time together looking at the sky. Without using the phone aligner, this is the photo I got with my iPhone 8–nothing in comparison to the detail you see in person. It’s lovely. Very happy with the purchase, even if the tripod shifts downward just about every time we set it up. We can always get a new tripod!
