If you are experiencing error messages when making a payment, please make sure you've entered all of your card information correctly. If you continue to receive the payment error message, you will need to contact your bank or card issuer for more info.

To redeem a discount code, please enter it into the related field on the cart summary page, before proceeding with payment.

Order related

Your order can be cancelled/changed before in 12 hours after being placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping information email. In this case, you may simply return any unwanted items by following our Return & Exchange page.

Delivery

If you didn’t receive your package within the time frame of the shipping method you selected, please feel free to contact us. We'll be more than happy to help!

Please note that once your order has been shipped and in transit, we will not be able to update the shipping address.
If the original address is a valid address, the parcel will be delivered there. You can contact your local post office when it arrives there, to see if they are still able to forward the package or redirect it for you.
If the original address is invalid, your package will be undeliverable and returned to our warehouse. You can contact our customer service with the order number. We'll be more than happy to help!

Please note that we are only able to deliver to PO Boxes via expedited shipping, NOT express shipping. Please make sure to enter a physical address to avoid any issues with your shipment.

We are currently shipping to us only, after the COVID-19 influence, we are slowly developing our international warehouse and shipping carrier, please stay tuned, we will get to you, we promise.

Returns

Except for any products designated on the Site as “non-returnable, special offer, last piece offer, lucky box”, we will accept returns and exchanges of unworn items in new condition with the original accessories, tags and packagings within 30 days of their delivery dates.

Please note that purchases made with 100% coupons cannot be returned or exchanged. If you made a purchase with a combination of a coupon and regular form of payment, only the amount exceeding the coupon value is refundable.

We take pride in the quality of our pieces and if it's anything less than great, we want to make it right.

Yes! We're happy to help you exchange for the right size within 30 days of the delivery date.
1) Please contact us via livechat or email to request an exchange. We'll send you exchange instructions within 24 hours.
2) Once we reply to your request, you will receive refund options. You will be required to reply with your selected refund option in order to proceed.
3) You'll need to ship your item(s) to the return address provided, then share the shipment tracking information with us.
4) When we receive your package, we will process your refund as soon as possible.

No they don't, you may use it anytime you want, and they don't expire for sure.

Refundable conditions

If the card is not deducted, not used, they are returnable.

If the card is used for any orders then they will not be refundable as they are involved with other orders.

We only have digital gift card available at this moment, once the order is placed, you will instantly receive an email with gift card activation notice. Simply print or save it to apple wallet.

There are 2 ways to monitor the balance. If you are using apple wallet and you've added the card to your apple wallet, then the balance will update automatically with each purchase.

If without the apple wallet, you can view the gift card activation mail, there's a balance there.
