Except for any products designated on the Site as “non-returnable, special offer, last piece offer, lucky box”, we will accept returns and exchanges of unworn items in new condition with the original accessories, tags and packagings within 30 days of their delivery dates.

Please note that we don't accept returns & exchanges after the 30-day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 30-day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs. Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly, so they don't get damaged on the way – we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference incase you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.

After receiving the package and confirming its (their) status, we will process refund in 2 business days to your original payment method (banks processing time is not included).
