Delivered late Box Damaged No Instructions we put together looks nice very wide and tall but shaky even when I bought heavy base that fills water separate purchase for heavy base color is Beautiful but not as stable as it should be

Received the product amazed how nice and sturdy. Only had 3 of 4 bolts. Customer service reached out to me eager to remedy the issue. No assistance needed. Found a bolt in my bolt bin that worked just. Super happy with it and had alot of people complimenting it on my last cookout. Highly recommend

I like the size

I was so happy at the ease to assemble this umbrella, but after charging it over 2 days, the lights do not come on when I switch the switch. I have checked the solar panel is installed correctly. Any ideas?

Unfortunately one of the poles had a dent so we returned it. The return process was very easy.When you buy the umbrella please be aware that it is actually huge but also pretty high. So, as long as the sun is not shining directly from above the shade it gives covers only half of the area under the umbrella and a lot of space on the side. The sun gets under part of the umbrella most of the time. We wanted the shade to cover the table under the umbrella, but during the day one half of the table was always in the sun.

We've had this now for a couple of months. Really like it. Hoping it'll last. Both fabric material and pole seem to be of decent quality for this price point. Happy with purchase.

This covers about half of our 16 oval above ground pool when the sun is hitting too strong . Its is heavy and made out of great material. I love that it has not faded even though its been in rain & sun. The lights look cute but thats all its good for. They are not bright and do not really provide any good lighting which is a bummer because I would have liked good lighting for when we do some night swimming.
