Men's CH Wind Quick Dry Hiking Pants

These pants are super comfortable, not hot, dry quickly without a dryer, are perfect for everyday wear, and for the price, are nearly unbeatable. I'd like to see more color options, but by no means will this prevent me from ordering.

Good quality hiking pants, lightweight and fits well.

Stretchy and have a somewhat tailored appearance

I have several pairs of pants that are similar to this. These actually have a more fitted appearance than some. Not tight, but just tailored more to the fit of a human body. Some of my other pants have more of a generic fit. I ordered the mud color, and I like the way it looks.
I have to get this out of the way. The description says 5 zipped pockets. It actually has no zipped pockets. The only zippers besides the fly are on the side of the leg vents. The two back pockets and the two leg pockets have Velcro closures. The slash pockets at the waist do not have a closure. This is not a deal breaker for me, but I like zipped pockets because I feel like whatever I am carrying is more secure.
The pants are made of a nice material that is plenty stretchy. I can high step and there is no binding at the knee or anywhere else. The inseam seems just slightly long, but they have an adjustable closure around the ankles. The little bit of extra length may be nice if you are wearing boots and want to close the ankle area down tight to keep out dust and water.
The belt that comes with them works but is pretty thin and may have a short life. However, that is often the case with pants like this that come with a belt.
All in all, this is a pretty decent pair of pants. The lack of the zippers that are in the description are the reason they are not rated 5 stars.

Great quality fit as expected

I'm 5'9" 165 lbs and Levis 559 34x30 jeans fit me well. I was concerned whether the MEDIUM might be too tight, but the elastic waist will expand well beyond 34" and everything is comfortable. As I should have expected they are about 2" too long for me. I'll find a way to get them hemmed.

The pants seem durable. Note that the side zippers are air vents, not pockets, so all pockets secure with Velcro.
